BACKGROUND

You want to dominate the boards, vertically dominate your opponent, and cut like a diamond on the hardwood. With SPS, you will learn the training techniques to increase your game speed, cut on a dime, explode and power through your opponents with confidence. With your hard work and determination, SPS will take you to the 'NEXT LEVEL', both physically and psychologically.

The basketball conditioning program has two tracks: the basic and advanced conditioning track.

The BASIC track is open to all basketball athletes that desire to improve the areas in the Program Highlights section. The ADVANCED program is based on a selection process with several criteria to include: (1) prior participation in an SPS program, and an assessment by SPS staff. All final deicisons on accpetance into the ADVANCED program is at the SPS staff discretion.

SPS focuses on training athletes smarter, using scientifically proven methods, protocols, and psycholigcal strategies to provide the athlete with a holistic approach and advantage. This approach provides for a more efficient and effective training program that benefits the athlete.

NOTE: During our Fall 2009 Advanced Conditionning program, two of our athletes increased their vertical leap by 3 inches.
