SEASOCK NAMED SPS LEAD TRAINER

COREY SEASOCK, a former standout wrestler and football player at Blue Mountain High School has recently been named SPS Lead Trainer. In this role, Corey is responsible for the day-to-day training sessions and assists in program development. Our athletes enjoy Corey running the sessions as his brings youthful enthusiasm coupled with the intensity required to endure an SPS program. He is an excellent skills demonstrator and interacts well with the athletes. 

PRESEASON PERFORMANCE CONDITIONING BEGINS APRIL 10th

Our highly sought after Preseason Performance Conditioning program begins April 3rd. This intensive program is designed to challenge and prepare an athlete-physcially and psychologically for the rigors of the upcoming season. Highlights of the program include:
